Star Wars Tie Pilot Costume

A costume I put together. Chestbox is made from scrap materials, platic, bondo, wood, pvc pipe and end caps, with wooden toggle bottons and plexiglass buttons. Armor is made from a platic trashcan. Shoulder straps were formed on a mini vacuum table out of 2 havoline oil cans. Flightsuit is handsewn. I sewed an extension onto the leather gloves and the belt was cut from cowhide and the buckle is made from aluminum with a steel back piece and washers for the greeble in the middle. Helmet is a Rubies Helmet.
